Rovin’s public website is hosted by Vercel. Vercel processes technical website requests needed to deliver, operate, and secure the site.

Demo scheduling

Rovin uses Calendly to provide the scheduling experience on the demo page. Calendly collects the name, email address, scheduling information, and any optional answers a visitor provides through the booking form.

Booking notifications are delivered to Brennan Thorpe through Rovin’s Calendly account, connected calendar, and email notifications.

Campaign information

When present and valid, Rovin forwards only utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content from the Rovin demo-page URL to Calendly for campaign-source reporting. Other URL parameters are not forwarded to Calendly.

Limited browser event

The demo page creates a limited browser event when the embedded Calendly scheduler reports that the scheduler was viewed, a date and time was selected, or a booking was completed.

The event contains only a schema version, Calendly as its source, an event name, and a primary-or-secondary classification. Rovin does not copy names, email addresses, phone numbers, booking-form answers, Calendly payload data, URL parameters, or advertising click identifiers into this event.

No external analytics or advertising provider currently receives this Rovin browser event.

Advertising measurement

Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager are currently disabled on Rovin’s public website.

Rovin may add advertising conversion measurement later. Rovin will update this disclosure before enabling that measurement.
