Website hosting

Rovin’s public website is hosted by Vercel. Vercel processes technical website requests needed to deliver, operate, and secure the site.

Property reviews and action plans

Uploaded rent-roll contents and session-only review information are processed in your browser. Rent-roll contents are not used to train AI models or shared with other operators. Closing or reloading the review can clear the session; Rovin does not save a rent-roll copy for you.

When you request nearby market comparisons, the property name and address are sent to Rovin’s server to find publicly advertised property information through Brave Search and Apartment List. Resident names and individual lease records are not included in that lookup.

Downloaded review and action-plan PDFs are files on your device. You control where you store them and whom you share them with; copies you download or share are outside the browser session.

Contact messages

The contact form sends your name, email address, optional company or property name, and message through Resend to Rovin’s contact mailbox so Rovin can respond. The form does not store messages in the product database or save drafts in browser storage.

Resend, the mailbox provider, and hosting providers process information needed to deliver, retain, and secure communications, including technical request information. Messages and provider records may remain under their respective retention practices; submitting a message does not create an automatic deletion guarantee.

Please do not send rent rolls, resident information, passwords, or other sensitive information through the contact form.

Advertising measurement

Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager are currently disabled on Rovin’s public website.

Rovin may add advertising conversion measurement later. Rovin will update this disclosure before enabling that measurement.
